Do not return any item(s) unless you are directed to do so.
Every product you purchase from this catalog or web site must be free of defects or damage. You may return it immediately for refund or replacement. Full Guarantees & Warranties available in our World of Products catalog.
NOTE: NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY VIA E-MAIL, PHONE, FAX, OR MAIL OF ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE. PLEASE INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER, INVOICE NUMBER AND ITEM NUMBER(S). WE WILL PROVIDE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
North American Mktg Co Merchandise Return Policy exists to protect you. It protects you in two ways: 1. It ensures the integrity of your products. 2. It guards against abuses that could otherwise increases your merchandise prices.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Product Merchandise 1. Time Limit: Return Authorization Request must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. Request made later than 30 days may not be honored. 2. Return Shipment: Contact us before returning any item. Some items can be replaced without return shipment. Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. Unless authorized and prepaid, return will be delayed in processing. Note: For your own protection, insure return shipment. 3. Replacement Shipment: We pay cost of shipping replaced merchandise to you. Shipment will be insured. 5. Authorized Defined: Return authorization does not guarantee that return will be accepted. Return will be accepted if it is within the policy herein stated and the item is confirmed defective.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE DURING SHIPMENT: All shipments are fully insured. All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. Delay in our notification could void your insurance. If our shipping carton shows no damage and merchandise is found to be damaged, you must still notify us. Please note that only one (1) damage claim may be submitted per invoice.
