Can I order from this web store. Yes, you may place a retail or wholesale order on this web site. If you registered for a wholesale account, your account must be activated before you can access wholesale prices.
Is there a minimum order amount? There is no minimum order and you may order as required.
How long before I receive my order? We process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. All orders are shipped from Zone 2 via UPS, or USPS (estimated time of delivery, one business day for each shipping zone). Orders shipped outside the Continental United States have an estimated time for delivery of 4-7 days. Orders placed as RUSH are processed Monday thru Friday and shipped within two(2) business days. In addition, delivery time is normally 1 to 2 days after order have been shipped to most zones. Rush orders may take from 3 to 4 days from order date to delivery of your shipment and is very expensive. If avoidable, please select ground shipping as your delivery method. WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS AN OPTION.
CANADIAN ORDERS: Orders placed with a Canadian delivery address are processed and shipped on THURSDAY of each week.
If I drop-ship an order to my customer, what type of packing slip will my customer receive? The packing slip on a drop-shipped order will list your name or business name and address on the first three lines of invoice.
Will I receive a receipt for my order? Your receipt will be a copy of the Order Confirmation when you initially place the order. Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, means that we have received the order for processing. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
How are shipping costs calculated? Shipping costs are base on Zip Code and purchase amount.
Will I be able to track my shipments? Tracking information will be sent to you in the form of an Order Update and will include a copy of your order. Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.
Will you drop-ship C.O.D. orders to my customers? No.
How do I place an order? You may order online, or by mail, however, please check the availability of products before you submit your order by mail. Secure online payments may be made using your credit card or PayPal. You may also complete your order online and print your order for mailing. Checks are made payable to North American Marketing Company.
What about damaged or missing items? All products are guaranteed to be free from defect or damage.
